My sister and I were here from out of town staying at The Hyatt. We arrived at 7:43 pm after being at West Penn Hospital and having a rough day. All we wanted was one scoop of ice cream in a bowl. There were two people in front of us waiting. No one would wait on us for 10 minutes. Then when they finally did, they said “this is nuts”. Did not say Hi or Thank You. The closing time is 8:00 pm. i waited for 20 minutes for a drink, after every order in front of and behind me was served. I asked the gentleman at the counter, "is my drink ready or being made?"
The manager Nina comes running from the back. "Excuse me?!?!"
I replied, "I have been waiting a while and wanted to know if my drink was being made."
Nina screams, "You're being rude!!"

Staff is rude and disrespectful. I was told by the manager Casey my request for a refund is “not her problem” and she continually hung up on me. They accepted mobile orders over a holiday weekend in which they were closed and are now refusing to issue a refund!? How is that not theft?? I’ll drive 15 minutes out of my way from now on to not have to deal with these rude people
