This location is and has been on the decline. The place is a mess. Sticky floors, trash everywhere. Tables are always dirty. If the front is so bad, I wonder what the back is like.

I was at this Dunkin location at 11:30 am, there were 1 person ahead of me at the time. After he finished ordering. The employee when to make his order, while I wait at the counter to order. 10 minutes has passed, this female employee refuse to acknowledge me. Something simple like “I’ll be right with you”. Nothing. She passed me couple times. Terrible, I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Please, whoever is in charge here, STAFF this place better! I work in the neighborhood, and it has always been an issue. There is usually only one woman here, who is disabled, and getting around with a walker. Forget about getting anything hot, it will take you less time to go home and make it yourself.

They aren't clean. They have bad attitudes. The place has a funky odor. The coffee is never fresh. The donuts are thrown into a bag and mushed especially if they are frosted. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
