I am a 3rd party app driver. I came in to pick up two orders and requested to use the restroom. The manager denied me my request(customers only), even when I showed him I am delivering for his business. Am I not representing customers I deliver for? We help your business make money, we can't use your sacred restroom? What an inhumaine way to treat people. Flabbergasted. Canceled the deliveries. Treat people who are working for you with more humanity.

Excellent drinks, fun people. For those that make the distinction: the veggie meat options (sausage and bacon) are kosher pareve and vegetarian but NOT VEGAN. They are all Morningstar Farms brand and contain egg.

This location is and has been on the decline. The place is a mess. Sticky floors, trash everywhere. Tables are always dirty. If the front is so bad, I wonder what the back is like.

I was at this Dunkin location at 11:30 am, there were 1 person ahead of me at the time. After he finished ordering. The employee when to make his order, while I wait at the counter to order. 10 minutes has passed, this female employee refuse to acknowledge me. Something simple like “I’ll be right with you”. Nothing. She passed me couple times. Terrible, I’m taking my business somewhere else.
