Please, whoever is in charge here, STAFF this place better! I work in the neighborhood, and it has always been an issue. There is usually only one woman here, who is disabled, and getting around with a walker. Forget about getting anything hot, it will take you less time to go home and make it yourself.

They aren't clean. They have bad attitudes. The place has a funky odor. The coffee is never fresh. The donuts are thrown into a bag and mushed especially if they are frosted. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

We have been coming here periodically for years, always trying to give it another chance, but the service is terrible (understaffed and just generally zero urgency) and the food is pretty bad even for a DD.

Worst Dunkin in all the lands! Always a line always people walking out……20 minutes to get 1 donut…… 1 employee usually only!
Service was extremely Slow. I was the only patron there yet it took me 20 minutes to get checked out. One employee saw me and walked to the back after wiping off the counter and the while the other employee worked on a pick up order. Im a very patient person but 20 min in dunkin was just ridiculous. I would have left but went in to get these donuts for my coworkers as a goodmorning treat
