So please make it make sense so my son don't eat so I got charged for the full bacon egg and cheese and they just minus the egg off of it. You would think that they would have a key for just bacon and cheese. Not to sound cheap but why should I pay for something I didn't get..

Typically always go through the drive thru. Usually never wait that long, however depends on what time of day you go. Staff is always friendly and there are a decent amount of places to park.
