We were waited on pretty quickly. There was a big line in the drive through so we went inside. There were a bunch of people inside as well. I was surprised at how quickly we were waited on. We got a dozen of donuts & a coffee. Everything was fresh & tasted amazing. The staff was happy & friendly.
They are a nice crew. Great selection and they are super quick. If they don't have something you want they are adaptable.Parking: This is drive thru and has plenty of parking. Picked up a very early Saturday morning order for an event and the team of two women were incredibly prepared and polite. 8 boxes of coffee, 4 dozen bagels, and 4 dozen donuts. They had everything ready to go when I arrived and helped carry out to my car. Very seamless, thank you!
Went in with my children to get some sandwiches and coffee New Years. The whole staff were complaining loudly about having to be there and after talking with my children what they wanted and went to order the young woman working the counter said with an attitude they had no bread to make anything or had donuts. We left and went to Starbucks.

An older female worker constantly complained about having to make sandwiches witch I ordered a bacon egg n cheese Wich I asked for extra cheese she told me as well as another customer "if she remembers" I understand staff was a little short but considering the amount of people the walked out and others in complete disgust if her attitude.. if she doesn't Wana treat people with dig it or respect not even try to do her job why have one in the first place ... 500% NEVER AGAIN

I never give 1 stars out, but this is the worst Dunkin I've ever seen. I don't know why I kept trying. I recently moved and this is the closest location but now after multiple failed chances I have to go to a further one out. Don't try to do a mobile order or drive thru, they won't care about you. I've been to the various city dunkins all the time and they have less workers and more customers and still churn out way more orders than this Dunkin.. please avoid this one.
I asked for a dozen donuts, could hardly hear the employee through the drive thru speaker. He asks me to pull around without asking what kinds I want. Ok, maybe the speaker is bad so he’ll ask at the window. Pull around. After I pay he hands me a random box and slams the window shut. Immediately hear screaming and arguing from the kitchen. …Okay. Cool, I guess. I stop to look at what I got because now I’ve got a blind box of donuts. Some of them are upside down, not even fully glazed, stale. There’s a random substance that looks like cheese. $14 for what? I’m already diagnosed with depression but I think that it genuinely got worse after this. I’m a retail worker myself, I get it, work can be tough, but this is akin to unleashing a pack of sugar high kindergarteners in a bakery and selling it to the general public. Will not be returning.

Time and time again I tried this location since it's convenient but, I'm going to avoid this place like the plague. Every time I go the hashbrowns taste like cleaning chemicals, it takes forever to get any kind of service, the parking is ridiculous, and the food is always wrong. I spent 15 bucks on food and can't eat any of it since it's not edible. Avoid this location!! Go the extra few minutes to Ohio River Blvd! They have much better quality and you won't, literally, throw your money away.Parking: Such a tiny parking lot that when the drivethrough is busy you can't get out of any parking spots. You get blocked in. I was blocked in for 20 minutes on time!!
