Picked up a very early Saturday morning order for an event and the team of two women were incredibly prepared and polite. 8 boxes of coffee, 4 dozen bagels, and 4 dozen donuts. They had everything ready to go when I arrived and helped carry out to my car. Very seamless, thank you!
I just waited half an hour in the drive thru. A lot of people pulled out of the line and drove off, a lot of people went in and walked out without anything, I feel like they should have given me a free donut or something, there was no apology and no compensation. Probably never going to this location again.

The staff is incredibly kind every visit. My 1 star service is for management, who I think either under trains these people or refuses to hire more help. 25 minutes in line at a dunkin is ridiculous.
