We had a fantastic lunch experience at Eddie Merlot's, thanks to Greg Scarpaci. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. One thing we especially appreciated was how efficiently he managed our lunch. He got us in and out in a timely manner without ever making us feel rushed, which is not easy to do. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our meal. Greg is a tremendous asset to Eddie Merlot's. We dine there at least once a month, and after this experience, we will definitely be sitting in the bar area moving forward. Thank you, Greg, for consistently providing such exceptional service!

Our experience was top notch - from the moment our hors d'oeuvres arrived to the pouring of flaming cognac on our delectable vanilla ice cream and brownie dessert, we enjoyed every bite and every minute. Our server - Sara made it even more special, knowing we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary. She made us feel welcomed and her service was impeccable. Thank you Sara and Eddie Merlots for a wonderful evening. Only thing I would suggest would be sending folks home with a photo from their special occasions.
