Wonderful Central American restaurant. We had pupusas that were super rico. Perfectly made and comparable to in other cities. Comes with great curtido (lightly pickled spicy cabbage) of course, and nice horchata. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic affordable and friendly Salvadoran place in the PGH area! Must visit and is conveniently on the red line of the T light rail so very easy to visit from downtown. (For some reason I or Google posted this review by mistake to Las Palmas so I’m reposting in the correct place)

Incredible food and staff! Has a concise and well curated menu, and the ribs with salsa verde were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Also amazing horchata 💚🍀

We come here often for lunch and dinner. Gigantic agua frescas and awesome meals, I recommend the bistec entomatadas. If it's busy, be prepared to wait a little while if you get one of their big entrees.

First went there on a Wednesday night and it was great. Went back tonight (Saturday) 12/7/24 about 6pm. There were three tables available, the rest filled with Hispanics. 2 of us (white) sat down and waited. More people came in and sat down twice and the waitress ignored us twice and wouldn’t give us menus. The place was silent until we got to the door as we left . So take it for what it is. Authentic food and an equally authentic experience
