Rice & bean tacos with HOT sauce were excellent. Great service, too.

This food truck serves foods from Oaxaca, Mexico. At a recent festival, this truck offered tacos, tostadas, nachos, churros, plantains, street corn, and agua fresco. I bought the nachos and the churros, and I liked them. The prices were average, and the employee's service was very good.

They had some really good tacos. We had the steak tacos which were pretty good. We also had the shrimp taco which was good and flavor but I don't like all the rice that they added to it. The Barbacoa tacos were really good

They catered for an event of ours and they were quick to respond and early for delivery. The food was amazing, we got their adobo pork quesadillas and soyrizo and there were none left by the end of the event. Everyone loved the food, I would recommend to everyone!

I wish I took pictures!
I was looking for Mexican in Pittsburgh before we went to Barrel & Flow and El Rincon came highly recommended.
I didn't realize it was a food truck!
However, they had a covered seating area that was perfect for our party of 4.
I was there for one reason and one reason only: street tacos. And they did not disappoint.
Steak, chorizo, and adobada pork. Devoured.
My wife had the al pastor and hers were gone as well. Our friends enjoyed their quesadillas a ton.
Me and the wife got 2 more orders of tacos.
This was exactly what I was hoping for from Mexican in Pittsburgh. What an amazing place!

Teresa fue muy amable con nosotros. La comida estaba deliciosa. Recomiendo este lugar y más en familia. #Supportlocal
I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the Huarache. I had no idea what a Huarache was, I just knew it sounded good. And it did NOT disappoint. I wasn't quite sure how to actually eat it but I ended up just digging in and getting messy and I have zero regrets. The presentation was so appealing too and I hated to mess it up, but it was worth it in the end. It was incredibly flavorful and the mild sauce I got on the side had a nice smoky flavor without too much of an overpowering kick to it. I would absolutely order from here again and I hope to see their food truck around!

Fresh and delicious Mexican food! The inviting, brightly colored space on Brownsville Road is one you won't want to pass by. The shredded chicken tacos were generously filled with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Don't skip the tomatillo salsa. My child devoured the ground beef tacos. We also enjoyed the HUGE barbacoa burritos, full of rice, black beans and seasoned barbacoa. The homemade tortilla chips and guacamole were so fresh and tasty. We finished our meal with sweet and crispy churros, dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chocolate sauce. The staff was friendly and made several of our items to order due to preferences. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes from El Rincon Oaxaqueño!
I give myself 1 star for taking so long to try this place. It was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to stop by their food truck again.

I had heard from a neighboring business (Little Shadows Tattoos) that this place was the most authentic Mexican in Pittsburgh, and it surely did not disappoint. My wife and I were immediately cheerfully greeted upon entering the restaurant today for lunch. The initial feel of the restaurant was very ‘clean’ and welcoming. It was festive, brightly colored, and had a very cool vibe in the dining room. Good music too! Our staple for every Mexican restaurant visit is salsa (me) and guac (her) - they had 3 salsas, we were given 2 from the start. A mild and Smokey red salsa, and an incredible verde all made in house. (We were offered a sampling of the hotter salsa as well.) None of the 3 tasted the same and really had flavors all their own. Very good so far! The guacamole was super fresh and a bit different than most guacs we’ve tried, very tasty! My wife had the chicken quesadilla which was incredibly delicious and flavorful. It was so well crafted, she usually gets sour cream with everything Mexican, but failed to order it this time and went without. I’m a sucker for a good mole (was also recommended) so I went with the enchiladas - I asked for half mole, half green. Awesome! So good. Never had mole quite like this, unreal. When the mole got too rich, the green was bright and remarkable. The chicken for either of the dishes was very tender and not stringy like in some restaurants. My entree came with rice and beans as well. Never had beans like this - demolished those first. They were like a sauce and not too filling or bloating. Unfortunately most of the rice was the only thing left on my plate. Excited to go back for the nachos, plantains, and churros with the kids.
