My wife and I were visiting from Indiana on a 1-day business trip. I was researching all of the great local pizza shops, but when I came across Fazio's it was an easy choice. Stopped in for lunch to grab the 2 slice special. I mentioned my last name, and the friendly owner came out to chat with me about Italy and our shared last name. On to the pizza. I opted for a traditional cheese slice and a pepperoni. Both had a good amount of sauce/toppings with the perfect undercarriage. They were also quite large slices. Total for 2 slices and a soda was $7...great value. We will be returning in August for another business trip, and will be choosing Fazio's again. Highly recommend.

2 cuts and a can of pop for $9 and the bottom of the cuts were completely uncooked. Nice small setup inside. Workers seemed absolutely miserable to be there and not a very inviting experience. Don’t plan on coming back unfortunately but wish you guys the best.

They forgot to put mayo on the cheese steak so it was very dry. Meat was not season at all. Wings weren't that good either. $24 for a half hoagie and 6 wings. Not the best $24 spent on food. Only went because how close it is to Children's hospital.

Real pizza shop vibes when you come here nice little back patio for nice days and surprisingly I found this place through a bit of a tragedy. My nine month old rolled down some steps and I had to go to Children’s Hospital. Luckily she is OK and only a scratch. But in the meantime, I walked down and I could smell the pizza so I walked in figuring it’s been a long time since I’ve had a good pie. Maybe I’ll give this place a try. I was not disappointed at all as a matter of fact, you could probably say it brought a tear to my eye. You could tell this place spares, no expense on their ingredients the burst of flavor when I bit into that pizza which I ordered a supreme was incredible. I tasted sausage, smoked ham, fresh peppers, and the sauce. I put it above Fiori’s. If you know what that is, as a matter of fact, I put it far above Fiori. My wife even said the crust is even delicious.! I could you not this place is a diamond in the rough! If you get a chance to stop here or you are looking for a pie that is actually worth buying I would give this place a try I know I will definitely be back!! I literally kept eating because of the taste I was full and I would not stop eating !! I wish I could give it 20 stars. Oh and the Italian hoagie oh my God that smoked ham with those other ingredients just so good you could tell it’s not cheap food at all but for a great price!! I’m sorry I’m a bit excited, but it’s been a while since I found a place like this

If I could give a 4.5, I would. This pizza is better than most, and we have some respectable options in the area. A malfunctioning phone at their competition got us to try them, and wow..were we impressed. The cheese blend is off the hook! Try it. It's a great pie!

Pretty good pizza. I'm a snob, made pizza in NY and went to all the best places in naples, and this pizzas good especially for screen pizza. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it might be one of the best in Pittsburgh. Probably, only place i tried

Out of state, starving hungry, read mixed reviews on pizza and took a chance because of the consistently great reviews about atmosphere and service- and wow is this great pizza! And super friendly staff and great pizza vibe atmosphere! Perfect thin crust cheese pizza and to die for cheese breadsticks. Will come again! (Go, Packers!)

Such a great pizza spot. My wife and I were staying at childrens hospital and were craving some pizza. We really enjoyed the Sicilian pizza. And the Italian hoagies are amazing. There was a young guy and an old guy working. They were very kind to my wife and I. They even have a back patio during the summer time to sit and enjoy the weather while you eat. This is probably the best pizza we’ve had in pittsburgh while staying here. This place really tops the pizza we’ve had in the surrounding areas. I would recommend trying them 110% !

I've been wanting to try this place because I heard the owner owned a pizza place in NJ and I've been searching for anything akin to a NYC pizza in Pittsburgh.

We ordered half cheese, half peppers and onions.

This wasn't bad by Pittsburgh standards, but I was pretty disappointed. The sauce was good and not the ubiquitous overly sweet stuff they trend toward here. Unfortunately, they use the same horrendous bland cheese blend I've tasted at other pizza place here. There was also way too much of it. It was to the point where I had to remove half of it or I felt like I was eating rubber. The crust might have been okay, but got really soggy quickly and the pizza started to disintegrate. We thought maybe it was undercooked.

I'd give it one more shot when we can eat in, but I'm still looking.

Greeted very nice. They shared info about options. Very quick turnaround on food. My mom enjoyed the food.
