This was easily one of the best meals I have ever had. The entire winter menu was so delightful and we were just over the moon with everything we had tried. The roast duck breast blew our minds. I will continue to dream about our entire dinner forever. That staff were absolutely wonderful & our server had great recommendations on food and drinks. 10/10 recommend and we will be returning customers.
This restaurant sets the bar for what fine dining should be without being stiff or pretentious. The food is in a class of its own. It’s an honor to have a place like this in Pittsburgh.
Dinner at Fig and Ash started
with the charred carrots that had this smoky glaze I couldnt get enough of. Pork chop main
was juicy inside but the skin wasnt as crisp as expected. Wood-fired oven smell fills the
place, cozy spot in Deutschtown though our table wobbled a bit. Wine list had some local
options.
