“My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Our server, Colton, was pretty fantastic. He made our experience there so great-elegant but fun. The food was a whole other level. I am dairy free and they were very accommodating. Overall, amazing experience.“

“My husband and I came for our somewhat late 9:45p reservation, after a holiday Pgh Symphony concert on Friday, November 28. We've been to Capital Grill many times. I didn't tell our server, until he brought our drinks, that it was our wedding anniversary. He said with a big smile, “why didn't you tell me?”. (I'm pretty low key.). He rushed off and came back to our table with an anniversary card, confetti for the table and two red roses. Much to our delight! We ordered our usual meal, sharing a few dishes, especially the filet with fig sauce and onions, always yummy!! 👍 Since it was late, we were going to skip dessert. Well, our server shows up with a “Happy Anniversary” dessert plate, with a little flourless chocolate cake and a little cheesecake, very nicely presented. I have a foodservice background...and I was impressed by our servers' charm and quick response, even at a late hour. We weren't rushed and several other staff wished us well. So, that's why we keep returning to this Capital Grill. The staff is always warm, friendly and lively. The food is great...and we try different dishes. I can't say how impressed we were, all totally on the spur of the moment. Please thank our server from that night, and the other staff present. What gracious group of people! “This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The entrees are creative plays on classic Italian dishes, the sides are well executed and the appetizers are incredible. The most dangerous thing is the buckwheat focaccia. It's fluffy, soft and flavorful, and the variety of dipping options are mouthwatering individually. I love the vibe of the restaurant. It's hip without feeling forced, the staff is friendly and they play cool music. It's a great date night spot. Major drawback is the parking. It's on-street, and a crapshoot at best to find a spot near the door. But don't let that stop you from checking this place out. It's worth the trip. Pricing is in-line with most upscale dining in the city but not at the extreme upper end.“

“Stellar service, excellent food and a table with a terrific view of the city. Everything I could have asked for, and more. We went to celebrate my dates birthday and the Le Mont made it an extra special event. Our waiter Sisco was terrific and attended us very well. They provided a slice of birthday cake and a gift that were both appreciated. The Le Mont helped to create a lasting memory of a special occasion.“
