We’ve always enjoyed coming to first watch, but I have to give them a very special shout out today for being so amazing. My mother out of nowhere had a medical emergency (NOT related to the food) while we were sitting in the restaurant right after our food arrived. The First Watch manager was so amazing to us. I think he said his name was Chris. He came over to check and helped EMS get into the restaurant to check her. After they left via ambulance we tried to finish some food since we anticipated a long ER visit and the staff boxed up the missed meals and told us they took care of the bill, which was super unexpected and very kind. Thank you all for being so incredibly nice during a very scary time 🙏

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a first watch (and we are frequent flyers to many locations)! Thank you to the kitchen and our wonderful waiter, Sean! They were just getting through a busy lunch rush but if you hadn’t seen the full tables yourself, you never would have known. I ordered the steak and egg hash and my fiancé ordered the farmhouse hash. Our food arrived to our table quickly, and hot off the griddle! Portions were great, (I’ve been to locations where smaller portions were given), bc and food was cooked exactly how I had ordered (over medium eggs, which some locations aren't always able to always execute, especially during a busy lunch rush. Never a big deal but I love that I can point out just how good our food was!) Can’t wait to stop out again for a wonderful breakfast!

I wish there were more locations, the food was incredible. Simple menu easy to read you can imagine what the food may look like and taste. Now I'm telling you whatever there process is in the kitchen all need a high five or pat on the back me an my father and his Best friend didn't wait long at all for the food to arrive. I bite into my burger an my taste buds was beyond satisfied. Now I'm a lunch guy not to big on breakfast so I ordered the Baja turkey burger my father and best friend order a power bowl. Next time I'm ordering one to eat and one to go.

Have been to this location 3 times, and that will be it. The first time, I signed in online. It said 10 to 15 minute wait. We arrived 10 minutes later, and then waited for another 25 minutes. I wasn't mad about it until they started seating walk ins while we were still waiting. The second time was the best visit. The only complaint is that the service was bad. Sat with an empty coffee and water cup for 10 + minutes, and we were even sat near the kitchen. This final time was the last straw. I had a hash. The eggs were overcooked, so no runny yolk. My girlfriends pancake was very dark and a weird texture. And charging $13+ for a single overcooked pancake, eggs, and 2 strips of bacon is a joke. Plus, the servers like to act as though it's an inconvenience to want stuff while you're there. Sorry to bother you guys, it won't happen again lol
