You would think with a name like the “MilkShake Factory” you’d be able to get a bigger size milkshake to go.
$17 bucks for two “small” strawberry shakes that had no strawberries in them. Just some kind of syrup out of a bottle.
I was very disappointed. Maybe that’s why the Riverview Fl location was empty.
We recently visited The Milkshake Factory in Pleasant Grove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years!

MilkShake Factory McCandless Crossing is a fun and exceptional stop for delicious milkshakes and chocolate offerings. The shakes are great, with many different dairy and nondairy flavors, and are highly recommended, especially on a hot day. The chocolate presentation is wonderfully organized, and items like the chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate dipped strawberry are so good. Unique flavors like the strawberry pretzel pie and the chocolate cake shake are also delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful and very clean. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and engaging, providing great service with easy ordering and no wait. They are also very accommodating for allergies, doing their best to prevent cross contamination for gluten and other allergies.
