We had a complicated order. Even tough there were a few mistakes, they went out of their way to not only make it right, but went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The shift leader was hospitable and lead by great example. Great job all!

I received such great service here. The prices are on the higher side. The burger and fries that I ordered were just mediocre. The burger was mushy, and the fries over salted. The seating area wasn't very clean, the tables and chairs needed wiped down. The customer service received alone, though, was enough to go back. Let's hope for a better experience next time.

I usually go to this location, mainly because it’s close to where I live, but man, let me tell you when I go elsewhere I’m generally disappointed! The staff is always accommodating, foods always tasty and extremely fast. And the manager Devin is always above and beyond accommodating and attentive. Great spot to get a tasty burger. Extremely grateful I have this five guys in my vicinity versus another one!Dietary restrictions: They are always very careful and ask extra questions about gluten friendly options. My gluten options are by choice, but still it is very nice to know that they are extra careful about their dietary restrictions.

I've been to five guys in California quite a few times. This was my first time in Pennsylvania, and I was honestly super impressed. The staff was very nice, the place was very clean, and the food was very good. The thing that really stood out to me was how the staff worked together and communicated with each other. They had that place humming, and their manager was was in the mix helping and making sure orders were coming out correct and fast.

Five Guys is a cool chain with a very good product. I never had a disappointing meal there. The workers are friendly and prepare your food fresh. The problem I have is with their prices. A burger/fries and fountain drink for 2 shouldn't cost 40 dollars.
