one of the fanciest restaurants with great ambience, service, foods and drinks. I had a reservation for 715pm, was seated immediately on arrival. Waiter was very kind and checked on us often. The food was very tantalizing, savory, mouth-watering…, name it all. I ordered the full chicken, roasted brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and had the espresso martini. No regrets. Will be coming again and again to this place!!

We eat there often before shows! Jared is an exceptional waiter and we are always happy when he is our server! Delicious meal; the grouper and broccolini were especially delicious!
Excellent bar experience prior to dinner. Our drinks was probably the best mixed drinks we have had in quite some time. Dinner was amazing (French Soup, Beet Salad, Lamb Shank, Wagu special) - service and recommendations from Jered was spot on. Thanks for a perfect dinner!
First time in Pittsburgh & decided to try this restaurant. Our server was terrible. I don’t know if it’s because we weren’t his typical demographic or if he was having a bad day, but he had a very mean & not caring attitude. He snatched menus, cut us off when ordering, didn’t care to suggest anything from the cocktail menu when I asked, just very rude. His tone of voice changed for another table, but with us it was very monotone & bland. I didn’t even get his name but I do know he was training another server, Tyler, who had a way better attitude than him. Food was decent but will not be back. Awful experience.

Our night was great, Jasmine was amazing with accommodating our request for the seats that have a view into the kitchen which were our dream seats after our last visit. When it came to service it was above and beyond and helped make it a special night. Jared and Tyler were great with providing insight to some of the food and also assisting us through out the night. I will be back again, I miss the bruschetta but the new bread and butter combos are to die for.
The service is horrendous. The manager of the fairmont- in particular Jonathan was very rude and condescending. We planned to grab drinks at floor 2 after a birthday dinner. We were denied service due to taking pictures on the staircase of the fairmont. I will never be back.

I had a wonderful time with family at Floor 2! Our server, Jared, was especially wonderful, and had great recommendations that made our experience unforgettable! Will be back.

We went there for breakfast. It's a beautiful restaurant. The food is actually quite good and well prepared. They were a little bit understaffed. The service was a bit slow. My son special ordered his meal and they messed it up, but it took a bit of time to come so he just ate it. Overall, a good experience and would return again when we stay there. I don't think I would go there if I were not staying at the hotel, however.
We were on a trip to Pittsburgh with a family of 4. We really enjoyed the food here. The cheese plate, steak, onion soup, chicken and Mac and cheese all were high quality. Thank you

The best part of our evening was our server Jared. He was very attentive and personable. He helped make our experience enjoyable. Food was decent but extremely overpriced.

It was my birthday and I had high expectations. I travel a lot and dine out regularly in the US and overseas. The presentation was superb and the taste of everything was truly outstanding. Highly recommend the grouper and the Brussel sprout side dish! Loved the chocolate cake and espresso! Thank you Chef! Judit Wells
Loved the ambience. This restaurant has the coolest looking bar and kitchen area. Our server Jared is always the best. He listens and helps with the menu. He is funny and friendly! Definitely will be back!
I experienced a billing discrepancy after dining at Floor 2 in Fairmont Pittsburgh—my credit card was charged more than the amount on the signed receipt. I reported the issue both at the front desk and by email to hotel management.
Over 10 days, I’ve received no response. The lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Guests deserve prompt and transparent communication, especially when it comes to billing concerns. I would caution others to carefully review their charges.

We honestly had a great meal it was STUNNING . The manager was incredible . Unfortunately we looked online website said valet was 13-23$ but when we arrived and checked multiple times we were told the restaurant validated so we had them stamp our card all good . Got to valet he looked at our ticket and charged us almost 40$. Real bummer honestly . I would have loved to go back but what a bad taste to put in someone's mouth after a 200$ meal .
Everything was very good- the Grouper was moist and perfectly cooked. The lamb shank was also very tender- it fell off the bone
