The food was OK when you finally get it with the exception of you pay three dollars per little paper cup of french fries and mine was full of all the ends and pieces. The staff is extremely rude, especially the manager. She was very mean and nasty.

Wanted to get the sauce on the side to take home a hour away was told that they could put the burger in a box but could not put sauce in the side its either on the burger or off. After spending 53 dollars for three burgers one fry and one pop. I think I could get some sauce on the side!!!

Only thing good here are the shakes. The food is overpriced and the service is horrible. Not to mention that they are cashless now. How can you be a food place in a casino and not accept cash. Also, they dont have a register open for.somwone to take your order. You have to wait in line to use the 2 self order menus and wait for people to figure it out or they call over the staff to help. Was not a good experience.

I eat here every Sunday and I have had no complaints. Grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich oreo shake old bay fries and lemon iced tea is my go to order and always perfect. And the lady who calls out numbers always crack a joke at me. Very friendly.

The service is very poor... It took over 20mins for 2 burgers fries and a drink. The woman at the front was rude and wouldn't give us our drink before the 20mins. They were not busy either there was one other order before us. The food was also not good and they didn't even prepare it correctly. Because the food and service was so poor I will NEVER comer eat here again...

Good for a quick burger, hotdogs or sandwich. Inside the casino far right back corner. Eat in or Togo. Order at kiosk.
Food was very stock and basic. For $50 I was not expecting to have to put my own cheese sauce on, ie it should have been dressed on the fries by default. The burger felt like a frozen patty, not fresh. The ingredients aside from the burger felt freshish. As for the atmosphere, I was happy to have a contactless experience, only to have it dashed with someone yelling order numbers every 5 second.
Lesson learned. Skip this place and get some chinese instead.

I wanted to give 3 stars but the more I ate, the less I liked it. The burger was bland. The bacon and American cheese did nothing to boost the taste. The fries were soggy. The automatic ordering system is far from intuitive. Someone had to help because all three stations were confused. I was able to successfully open the receipt printer while trying to find how to scan my card.

I had the BEST burger I have ever had in my life here. It was cooked to perfection, not a hint of pink and so juicy. The bacon and provolone chose just set it off. The rosemary fries were super good as well. I would have liked a fountain drink rather than a bottled Pepsi, but that's a personal preference, not a gripe.
