Granted it was a busy day with 150+ walk-ins, but they didn’t really need to take them all in if they didn’t have the staff/capacity to adequately take care of all.

We waited 30+ mins between servings and rarely got checked up by our waitress, our water was out for nearly 1.5 hours before we got refill and we were looking around begging for water while paying $80 per person, this I blame management because our waitress tried her best. Don’t accept too many walk-ins if your restaurant is not staffed.

Food wise was ok, hit or miss with the rareness of the steak. Gauchos were nice and generous, they just didn’t have the staff to supply all. Seasoning was on the saltier side but I do like it that way.

Finally, we waited nearly 1 hour between being done with our meals and having someone come over to check us out. I don’t think I would be back with that kind of service given what you paid for.

The filet mignon was perfectly cooked. Every single cut of meat was very tasty, and the service was great too. Expensive, but 100% worth the price

Really busy night at FDC. I’ll be honest, I have been here 10 times and it had never been busier. Things were slow, service was lagging getting to us, until Diana (our server, whether she planned to be or not) recognised the gap and turned her attention to our area. From then on, she made sure our drink and food requests were tended to, our favorite cuts were delivered, and we had a good time. Again, perhaps the most challenging start we have had here in double digit visits, and they were understaffed for the crowd, but Diana was a value add to her employer and made a a frustrating experience a good one. They are lucky to have her.

The entire experience was amazing. The service, staff, and food was amazing. Candace made special strawberry lemonade drinks for us that were amazing! She was a complete Rockstar and gave us an amazing experience. Thank you, Candace!

Candace is a gd saint. Al was an excellent host. I've literally been to fogo three times this weekend. It's my Anthrocon tradition.

Candice was our waitress and she was truly phenomenal! Al also occasionally helped us and he was also quite a good server! Food was phenomenal and I really enjoyed my time here!

All the steak was well done, and the lamb tasted gamey/fishy. Disappointing but the mashed potatoes somewhat made up for it.

Wonderful experience! Food good and our waitress Candace was excellent!!! Will definitely be back!!!
