Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Usually I enjoy dinning here. I decided to have my birthday celebration here so we were a party of 12, which included my grown children and their significant others. This was all on one bill. They kept pushing the lower quality meets and until we specifically asked for the higher quality of meat. At that point we were all pretty much done eating. When we mentioned that only 4 of us had gotten the full experience 5 had gotten the Best of Brazil (which was mentioned in our original reservations and were never given different medallions) and 1 ate chicken, they still charged us for 11 full experience, and 1 chicken. If they are going to charge for the full experience they should absolutely provide the full experience. As most of you probably all ready know the price we spent close to $1000 (which included a generous tip,) for my birthday celebration. I won't be going there again. I'm so disappointed in their service, I'm not sure what changed.

I was sat next to the server station and was interrupted all evening with banging. My server didn't even let us know her name, let alone visit the table. It was our first time dining she didn't give us instructions to what we should do other than flipping the card over. I had to get up and get my own plates multiple times while my 2 top table stacked with empties. Ran out of the crab cake and the cheesecake. Asked for a second glass of Coke Zero and she brought it out without any ice? We got there at 8:30 you would think they wouldn't have started burning ice yet. This was my first and only dining experience there. My server was so inattentive she told us to have a good night before we cashed out - we literally could have left without paying and I should have. What a waste of $200

Celebrated my Mother's birthday ; great food, great service, friendly & caring staff. Even mistakenly left my credit card there; they called immimmediately, & I was able to retrieve it. Kudos to the venue & staff.....definitely will return!

Not as good as other Fogo de Chao. I was quite disappointed with meat quality. The chicken hearts were definitely from a previous day. The picahna was good and so was service. I think the restaurant needs some renovation and the salad bar was not very appealing. Sorry but again I have been to so many Fogo de Chao and this one is not up to those standards.

The service was decent however when the meet was being offered, they provided it to other guests besides mine, Overall the service was pretty good we had the lamb...

Disappointing, especially for price point. Meats so salted, everything seemed rare or well done only, couldn't get clean plates or fresh drinks, cocktails disappointing, much better experience w traditional prime steakhouses

The service was good. The staff greeted us promptly and was friendly. With the exception of some of those serving the meat, the same applies to the servers. The reason I note those serving the meat were not as friendly is some served varying portion sizes and others did not seem to be welcoming. Overall, we did not feel rushed during our meal, allowing us time to enjoy it. (We were there on a Friday night, and it was quite busy as the dining room was full when we left after 9:00 pm.) While the server did ask if we would like certain meats sent us, we did not know what was fully available though we did get what was requested. I saw other meats come out after our meal which were not offered to us, and we purchased the full experience. The price of the meal was high given the food quality was nothing spectacular. The venue was great for out of town friends/special occasions. All in all, I would suggest this place and would return for special occasions, noting it will be a bit on the pricey side.

Always a great experience. It’s always nice talking to the manager. And the extra special nights are a compliment dessert.

Staff and management were extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The drinks were refilled quickly, meats were offered often, and plates were cleared. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our anniversary

First time eating here and everything was amazing.

I was very sad to leave the Chicago location behind, as it had become a staple of every paycheck while I worked there over the summer. That being said, I was incredibly pleased to see the exact same standards of service and quality of food at this location.

Mara and Ivy were absolutely fantastic. In addition to the positive energy they brought to the dining room floor, their attentiveness and dedicated precision in their work made my mother and I feel like royalty at our Sunday morning brunch. This place will surely miss them should they move on.

It is great to be home!

Fantastic place to eat. Staff was very kind and attentive. We got the all you can eat meat and it was amazing! We tried so many different foods and everything was delicious. We will definitely return in the future.

Service was terrific with friendly, courteous, professional staff. Meats all seemed a bit too salty for my taste. All the cuts of beef served tasted the same to me. Sausage as very. Salad Bar (not what they call it) was very good. Plenty of drinks to choose from.

The food was very good and well worth the price
