Frank's remains our go-to Sunday football spot! I love the fact that it's not crowded, which means that you're guaranteed to be able to get your game on at least one of their TVs. The bartenders are super friendly & take really good care of their regulars. The buffalo chicken sandwich is my go-to meal there - it's really flavorful & you get a huge piece of chicken on it. I always end up having to eat it with a knife & fork, though. The draft list is small, and that's the only thing that I wish would be improved at Frank's. I will definitely continue to be a regular, and I'm excited to try their new weekend brunch!Food: BDrinks: B-Service: AAmbiance: B

Restaurant was upstairs. The place was practically empty. The waitress was excellent but the food took a long time and the taste was average. Not very impressed. Not sure if I will return.

Tried this place for the first time because we were searching for a good sports bar to watch March madness games. There were barely any people inside when we went, and I believe they have reduced hours currently due to staffing issues. My boyfriend and I each got one of their burgers. Honestly they were delicious and the fries were really good as well. It was a doubly patty burger that was crispy on the outside! We will definitely be back to try some more things off their menu!

The experience was strange - we were the only table seated on a Saturday night. The service was very good as a result. However the food was mixed; the hamburgers got good reviews but the Mac and Cheese was not at all cheesy and the noodles were undercooked. Don't think we'll be back.

The building that once housed Stack'd has had quite the transformation. Now I'm it's place two businesses under one umbrella; Frances and Franks. I absolutely love both spots. Franks is the quintessential neighborhood bar at a more elevated level food wise. They have everything from mussels to burgers, sandwiches, tacos, etc. Just what you'd expect from a bar menu with one exception, the fare is far above the quality of that from a typical neighborhood bar. Prices are on par with similar style establishments and they've got a fantastic happy hour...1/2 off drafts and certain apps. Service is really good. Friendly staff.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. This is 100% on the kitchen not the server. When we finally got our food one order was completely wrong and the steak salad had barely any steak and the head of romaine lettuce was old. Do not waste your time eating at the upstairs bar. You will leave hungry and disappointed

This is a great spot for happy hour and dinner. It is off walnut street on top of Frances, which is owned by the same owner. The building used to be Stack'd. They have darts here and a modern jukebox where you can pick music to play. The style of food here is bar food with a twist. The owner and chef is really creative with her menu and you can tell she puts a lot of love into what she serves her customers. They have a lot of awesome happy hour deals here. Wednesdays are half off drafts all day. Thursdays are $3 white claws. Fridays are $5 Long Islands. Sunday night has rib night deals. They also do a superclaw with triple sec and grenadine topped with a white claw that's really good. We tried their elevated pigs in a blanket, hierloom tomato plate with black truffle burrata and popcorn (super unique and just works!), crispy shrimp bao buns, and a basket of bones (ribs, wings, and fries). Everything was awesome. They make their bao buns from scratch every morning and their sauces are made in house as well. They have a Frances feature every month too where they put a spin on a dish they do downstairs at Frances. Definitely check this place out for some good food and nice night out!

No AC is a non starter. Very uncomfortable.

Affordable and prompt service. Very weird chocolate cake though. Had some cinnamon sprinkled on it which I was not expecting at all.

We had 4 appetizers, sandwiches and desserts, along with cocktails. Lauren was bartending and did an amazing job and was engaging in conversation. We never had to wait for anything. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, food on point, and drinks were worth drinking. Would highly recommend Frank’s. We’ll be back soon!

Food took over an hour to come out. Was good though. Not worth the wait though.

Last Saturday Frank's Bar and Grill was closed due to air conditioning issues. So I made reservations for 4 at Frances the restaurant on the first floor. The menu and wine selections were limited. My husband and I selected wine by the glass and were disappointed that the amounts were only half glass full. My husband ordered an lamb chops appetizer and was disappointed in how very, very small they were. We asked for additional bread and was charged $6.00. Based upon the prices of the food, we felt this was out of the ordinary. The entrees were mediocre and some were lukewarm when served. We would neither recommend this restaurant nor return to this restaurant. It is overpriced and does not live up to its advertising.

The food is great. Their tap system is awful. Beers generally come out warm and/or flat. This was also an issue for the previous business in this spot. Makes me really sad because they have a pretty good beer list but this ruins it for me every time. Hopefully they can do something to improve their lines, and ultimately beer quality as a result. Makes it difficult for me to want to come back, even for food, when I know I won’t also be able to enjoy a good beer.
