I love the bread and flavored butter, the “toast” that changes weekly and the deviled eggs. We had the salmon, French dip sandwich and the salad with Tofu. The food was excellent and the service was excellent
Frick Park Tavern is exactly the kind of neighborhood spot you hope to find—and then keep coming back to. The vibe is warm and welcoming, the cocktail list is thoughtfully crafted, and the wine selection is impressively strong without feeling overdone. The menu has a lot of interesting choices, including several vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. I had the cauliflower steak with harissa—bold, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My partner ordered the blackened tofu sandwich, which was just as delicious and satisfying. For dessert, we shared carrot cake and French press coffee, and honestly, that alone would've been worth the visit. Service was friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. All around, a great experience. We're already planning our next visit.
Meh- Dinner for 4 (before gratuities) was ~$220. Apps were good; my salmon filet was very small, and dry and fishy tasting (I asked that it be cooked medium). We had a very nice server, ambiance is nice. We had a nice time there, just my main course was very disappointing.
This is my favorite restaurant in the Pittsburgh region. Reliable, affordable, friendly. The meat loaf is incredible as are the deviled eggs and cocktails
Delicious food and great service. We had the arancini for starters and took half home. For entrees we had meatloaf and stuffed pork chop special. Both were excellent. Carrot cake dessert was amazing and they had French press coffee. All around great meal.
Bartenders were friendly and gave us some free samples of their specialty drinks. Once our table was ready, service was a bit slow but once we ordered the food did not take long. We had apps, salads and entree and everything was outstanding. We loved it and highly recommend.
I love Frick Park Tavern! We live nearby and go there often. For New Year's they had a special menu which was delicious and the wine complimented the food. The service was excellent, as always, and there was no rush for us to leave, so we sat back and enjoyed the atmosphere.
Cozy pub feel with excellent food, drinks, ambiance, and service. Highly recommend

I am a huge fan of the FPT but just plain bad last night. And service was worse. Will be some time before I return.
The salads and appetizers were delicious and the service was great. We ended up going two nights in a row and ordering almost the same thing the second night.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. My salad was delicious and my husband had the Mahi and enjoyed it .
The Food is always great! Friendly service and great vibes. It's one of my favorite restaurants in town
Great service, great appetizer, great drink, great meal, great dessert! You made a great impression --and I will be back! ⭐️👍😊
This restaurant Is EXCEPTIONAL! Three of us all independently choose the pot roast. OMG! Very nicely presented, excellent veggies and mash cooked very nicely, and the roast was tasteful with a lovely light gravy and incredibly lean and tender. So good!!! And, plenty of it! Two of us shared a dinner ($5 add). When the shared plates arrived, I thought they had made a mistake! Nope — our companion's plate was HUGE! A wonderfully memorable experience. We roll all be back!
One of our favorite places. Can be a little loud inside, though.
