Gaucho Parrilla Argentina Reviews
During our March 2023 trip to Pittsburgh, my wife and I had an unforgettable dining experience. The fire-grilled steaks were cooked to perfection, delivering incredible flavor, while the Tres leches dessert was a delicious, memorable treat. It was truly the best meal we’ve ever had—an easy 10/10.
the meat was overly chewy and bun was overly toasted. they didn't sear the meat they burnt it
Great food and great atmosphere and service.
Service was on point.

Gaucho Parrilla Argentina, located in the cultural district, offers a delightful culinary experience with its wood-fired meat that melts in your mouth. The menu boasts generous portions, including appetizer recommendations like focaccia bread and empanadas. The variety of large sandwiches for the main course and desserts such as lemon meringue custard and red velvet cake are crowd-pleasers. Customers have praised the delicious Cerdo en Caldo (pork) and Beef de Chorizo, as well as the flavorful fugazza appetizer served with a variety of chimichurri. A recent event sponsored by Refucilo, a local winery, was described as an enjoyable evening on the rooftop, featuring an amazing variety of wines and the presence of the winemaker himself, Juan Lora. The restaurant maintains its high-quality and unique flavors, with attentive and fantastic service, making it a favorite spot for many in Pittsburgh, perfect for special occasions. Customers appreciate the excellent food and service, with the carne sandwich done just right and deliciously moist. The Braised Beef sandwich is also recommended, and the steak sandwich and entree salads are cooked to perfection, with the salad being the Cadillac of all salads, coming with abocy and asparagus and potatoes. The food comes with a few dipping sauces that are fun to try, and the servers are genuine in helping with wine selections and offering suggestions.
