The guest service is a joke. Ashely or whatever her name is doesn’t care how she handles customer service and puts off customers as if she doesn’t want to deal with any kind of issues. Zero stars!

I used to work at this store and it's a sin what GIANT EAGLE CORPORATION has done to this "community store". Nobody wants to shop there because you don't wanna wait in line all day. The shelves are bare or if there is product it's not whats marked on the shelf. Good thing they are open on Thanksgiving because the customers currently in there might not make it to Thanksgiving dinner

Asked deli employee their hours and had employee walk to the end of counter grab a little sign and hold it up , ask me I know how to read and dropped the sign. Been shopping for years at this store , time for a change.

@gianteagle needs to be chased out of Pittsburgh so better and cheaper stores can come in to eliminate the monopoly

How many people unemployed by their self checkout?? Bakery is going downhill quickly as is customer service. Produce/butcher items always fresh. And their pickup team is screwing up more often. Maybe once they see their tip is entered up front, they figure they don't have to sweat providing good service.

40 minutes. That's how long I was waiting for my vaccine. I got back in line to find out what was going on and get rid it's going to be at least another 20 minutes. When you have 7 people working the pharmacy and the wait is that long something is wrong. The longest I've ever waited was 15 minutes at the GE in Bethel Park.

Treated me so badly when I had my service animal with me!!!!!! He did nothing. HOW AWFUL CAN YOU BE?!
I love Giant Eagle for the variety of fresh supplies they have. In addition to the groceries, they have a pharmacy and alcohol selection. However, in the alcohol section of the store, you are required to pay in, but you are only allowed to purchase a specific amount. I had to buy one box and then take it to my car and come back in to buy more.

This is my go to grocery store. They are always well stocked and offer excellent customer service. I love giant eagle in general because you can tell that they have high standards as far as quality of all foods, cleanliness and customer service. This location is definitely consistent with all of those things. My only complaint is that they closed the eagles nest, which my kids really enjoy going to. The teachers were excellent and they remembered details about my kids lives and always greeted them by name upon arrival. Some people may complain about high prices but I don't seem to notice and I try to shop the weekly sales.
