Loved seeing this store supporting local wineries! The Bushy Run Winery wine bottle display was on point! I could just picture a bottle on my own table at home!!
I was in this store, not to make any purchases but to kill time waiting for an appointment. Prices seemed comparable to other Giant Eagle stores. This was the cleanest, most organized, well-stocked Giant Eagle around. The motorized shopping carts were all charged, and easy to access. The employees were friendly. I was really impressed at how "nice" the store looked. Good job!!!
I like the discounts and rewards. Curbside is fast and easy and I love the new self check outs!
Giant Eagle Supermarket is known for its cleanliness, organization, and friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the well-stocked shelves and easy access to motorized shopping carts. However, some reviews note concerns about the pharmacy being short-staffed and high grocery prices. While the café and Starbucks staff receive praise for their friendliness, there are suggestions for improving bathroom cleanliness. Overall, the store offers a pleasant shopping experience despite a few areas needing attention.
