Was great for food immediately after a Pirates game. Not the world's best, but certainly good. Service was a bit slow but was also slammed with big orders (including ours).

I hate to be the person giving a bad review but at the same time I want to be able to share my experience with others. Myself and my husband came in on Sunday the 7th of Sept as we had been at a convention. My husband was extremely excited as he loves your Alfredo pasta, so I was happy to give it a try. I chose to get the Chicken Parm as that’s always a winner, we chose to pick up a pizza to take home later, and obviously my husband got the Alfredo. We asked for everything take out as we knew we would have leftovers and it meant less dishes for the staff!! The portion sizes were amazing, however the marinara sauce used had a very sweet flavour. This flavour was completely unexpected for me and just did not taste right. I am somewhat of a marinara addict, I always ask for extra marinara on every pasta, pizza, meatball sub etc. for me I just love the tangy, savory, delicious tomato taste and I wasn’t getting it. So I was highly disappointed especially since everything I ordered whilst with you guys had marinara. I was only able to eat maybe three bites total before I had to call it quits. My husband LOVED his Alfredo though, but again when he tried the pizza he had the same issue, he felt the sauce was waaaay too sweet and he didn’t enjoy it at all.
For an order which cost around $65 we got to enjoy maybe $20 of that. I really wished there would have been some form of a sign or a description of the marinara being sweet, I’d have ordered something completely different had I of known.

For a quick bite this place is the best. However, the food taste is not consistent. We ordered slices of pepperoni pizza on a Saturday lunch which every bite hit the spot. So we went back on Monday lunch and ordered the same food and it was not the same taste as Saturday.
The service was also mixed, the lady on Saturday lunch snap because I am confirming my order while Monday was a really nice direct guy.
The place has a big space and it’s as simple as chair and table. Nothing really extra.
Parking, street parking.

I work at the hotel next door and I’ve been a loyal customer since I started about a year ago. Today 8/14/25 me and my best friend ordered food from here like we always do. She ordered a chicken salad and this is what she was served. There is no option to take off anything from the salad only to add. There should be something where we can make comments on the food we paid for.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Several people that were in my group went at different times and said the same thing.

Food is okay, service is not good. Routinely do not have the pizza ready for pickup by the suggested pickup time.

I ordered a mini with chicken on top witch is just 4 tiny slices. Took 18 minutes meanwhile some guy walks in orders 2 slices and gets it quickly. The lady says it takes time to cook but what would have been nice is to tell the customer ahead of time that it's going to take 18 minutes...this cost me over $15 and the pizza was seriously mid for how long it took and how much it cost. Cheap frozen pizza taste better. How do you screw up pizza? They obviously are in business because of their location. I regret giving a tip for how inconsiderate they where with my time. I guess life goes on.

Came here during Picklesburgh and was the best thing I had had at the festival. I got (obviously) a slice of pickle pizza and the cool lime pick juice and it was so good. They festival closed at 6 and around 630 they were still going for people that were still leaving! 10/10 service. We sat outside of the restaurant and it was very clean and so pretty!! Great staff!! Will be going back!!

Pizza was good. Economical option in downtown.
I ordered several items this evening and had it delivered to my hotel. First, I ordered a vegan pizza with veggies on top. Top. There was too much cheese and hardly any sauce, and the pizza was severely lacking in flavor- salt, pepper- which I didn't order but usually don't need with a pizza. Although I was hungry and had only had a couple of snacks during the day, I ate two slices of pizza and was done. The falafels were completely unacceptable- they are burned and wrapped in a pita. Completely unacceptable and cooked so hard that I can smell the burn. Like the pizza, the hummus was flavorless. The fries were well salted and crispy, but the gyro is for my son who hasn't started yet. For what I paid, I expect edible food. This is unacceptable. The food gets one star because I received what I ordered. It gets an additional star because my son has not tried the gyro yet. That is it. I recommend that you do not waste your money. I took pictures but, unfortunately, I am unable to upload them for some reason.
UPDATE: I contacted the restaurant and returned the pizza and falafel. They were very good about everything - perhaps it was an off night. My son tried the gyro and said was okay.
