Not worth the cost. They refused to make any customizations to order to reflect dietary needs so I ended up having to order something I didnt exactly want. Food is exteemely expensive, I spent $20 for a very small portion of poorly made grilled chicken alfredo pasta. The sauce was very runny, noodles were overcooked and the chicken was thin as paper and falling apart. The food as a whole tasted "off" and I couldnt even finish my $20 plate. It came with 2 flat and flavorless garlic breads and a drink didnt even come with the overly priced meal. Avoid this place

If I could give no stars I would. The pizza is greasy and flat and nasty. The thinnest pizza ever. I got delivery and he forgot my drink and said he would be back. Then I call back after 20 minutes the guy on the phone is rude and keeps trying to rush me off phone. I never received my drink and I paid 5 dollars for it. Don’t recommend I would literally go to dominos.
Great pizza at a good price.

Way too much sugar in the sauce. I've had better DiGiorno.

Made the mistake of going there for lunch a couple days ago and it was terrible. 2 steak hoagie’s and 2 small drinks $48 dollars. Each half of the sandwich had what looked like a Steak Um enough lettuce to make a salad and unripe tomato’s. Save your money go somewhere else!

Pizza is available by the slice. Pizza sauce is sweet. Service is friendly, great location on city side from Roberto Clemente bridge across from PNC Park.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I placed an online order thought their website “Toast” my order did NOT go though. HOWEVER, the payment went through and is currently pending on my bank account. I called the store after being on hold for 30 minutes I had asked to see if the order went through to double check because of my payment going though. They said that the order didn’t go though online so when I asked if I would get my money back they (since it someone how paid) told me “yeah I guess so”. So then I went to ask “are you sure because that didn’t sound convincing” he then HUNG up the phone before I can even ask anything thing else. HORRIBLE customer service and horrible employees. -10/10
I’ve been ordering here for YEARS and all this time I’ve never had any issues, but the last couple times I just don’t know what’s going on. Last 3 times I’m getting charged for extra sauces and dressings that I never received. Last time my pizza wasn’t even cut. And now this time my sister wanted to call herself to make the pizza order and from what she told me the lady was rude and told her they don’t deliver to the north side. Just sucks cause the food is good but I don’t know what’s going on.

If a Korean person reads this post, Pittsburgh's pizza restaurant is a success. JMT.
The boss asked what “thank you” means in Korean, so I told him “thank you.”
First of all, the dough is thin so there is no objection.
Ah, is this the taste of mainland America?

I called to order a X-Large pizza. The girl said it would be 45 -60 minutes. I understood it was a Friday night and the restaurant was busy. About 45 minutes later this same girl called to say that don’t deliver to that zip code. I live less than a mile from the restaurant and had pizza delivered several times before. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl said he wasn’t there and neither was the owner. I wanted my money refunded. The girl said fine and hung up on me! I called this evening to ask to speak to the manager or owner. Same girl answered was belligerent and said your money was refunded don’t call again and hung up on me AGAIN.
Of course I will never order from Giovanni’s again. I will tell all my friends not to order anything from Giovanni’s.
