My financé and I started our morning with an iced latte - made by the owner and Hazelwood local himself, Dasawn! We are excited to have such a nice place within walking distance of our first home. This shop offers coffees from different African countries, flavored by a variety of syrups, with milk alternatives to accommodate different allergies and preferences. I'm a regular at Hazelwood Cafe because Dasawn and his new crew are just amazing and talented people. This weekend I got some beverages for a brunch party and it was great. There was hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Dasawn was waiting for me at the time we scheduled. And he had everything I needed to go with it: sugar, cream, cups, sweetener, etc. Everyone at the brunch party enjoyed it!
