We ordered a cake for 50 for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and first off- it was beautiful, and second-everyone couldn't stop raving about how absolutely delicious it was!

Excellent! Have tried several different pastries and all were delicious. Highly recommend the pistachio eclair!
Always love the quiche, and their sandwiches are awesome too!

La Gourmandine Hazelwood is a hidden gem in Pittsburgh that could be placed on any corner in Paris, France and be packed. This French bakery offers absolutely delicious food, with a huge and amazing pain au chocolat and a gluten-free raspberry lychee macaroon made with almond flour that is the best thing ever. The beautiful pastries taste even better than they look, and the baguettes, croissants, amandes, cakes, quiches, and sandwiches are all amazing and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, warm, and happy to explain different items. One customer ordered a cake for 50 for a 50th wedding anniversary that was beautiful and absolutely delicious, with incredibly simple online ordering. The Hazelwood location is a hands-down favorite, delivering every single time. Nothing beats French pastry here, and it is the best French bakery in Pittsburgh.
