Loud, crowded, confusing. One person in our party got some numbing Spice in the broth and thought he was having a heart attack so that was scary and there was no warning about that. Also we don't eat octopus and they brought octopus to the table even though we didn't order it and that was really gross. There were people running all over the place to the buffet and it seemed quite German. Not going back but some people really like it but not my jam. I do not like having to cook my own food because I don't know the method or flavors well enough. That was disappointing.
Kaiser was awesome. Great BBQ
We visited Hong Hot Pot & BBQ to celebrate several special milestones together: a belated anniversary, my upcoming birthday, and my son-in-law completing his medical residency and preparing to begin his career as an attending physician. It was a fabulous choice by my son-in-law and overall we had a very enjoyable experience.
The food was fresh, plentiful and the interactive dining experience made the evening feel fun and memorable. The cocktails were also very tasty and a great addition to the overall dining experience. It was a wonderful place for celebrating and sharing quality family time.
Our waitress was absolutely outstanding, friendly, attentive and truly over the top in making sure we had everything we needed. Her service was excellent throughout the meal and I appreciated her so much that I tipped well over 20%.
The only disappointing part came at the end. Around the 1.5 hour mark, our waitress brought the bill but told us not to worry and encouraged us to enjoy dessert. We noticed several other tables were still actively ordering meats and continuing their meals. However, exactly at the 2 hour mark, we were told we had to leave immediately and I was asked to take my ice cream with me.
I completely understand time limits especially for all-you-can-eat restaurants but the abruptness felt inconsistent after being told to relax and enjoy dessert. A little more grace or clearer communication would have made the experience end on a better note.
Overall, great food, tasty drinks, excellent service and a fun atmosphere but the rushed ending took away from what otherwise would have been a nearly perfect celebration.

Hong BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant offers all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and Chinese hot pot. I have eaten both lunch and dinner here and always order both the BBQ and the hot pot. For the BBQ, many meats, seafoods, and vegetables are available, and my favorite is the beef bulgogi. For the hot pot, you may choose from many bases, meats, seafoods, vegetables, tofus, rices, and noodles. There is also a buffet with sauces, fruits, and desserts and also many beverages. The employees' service has been very good.

Simply sensational. The only worry I have is the perfection may dwindle someday. But, for now, it remains! Enjoy the pictures. They tell the story loud and clear! (Unfortunately, you’ll have to enjoy the SMELLS in person)😩🤤 only downside is this location lacks customer loyalty incentives or reward programs— Hong in Florida has much more promo activity.

The broth was bland. The food providers had bad attitude. Overall, they provided a variety of hot pot food options with reasonable price.

We enjoyed it!
Carlyle was amazing and made our first experience here unforgettable! He was personable, patient, attentive, and genuinely one of the best servers we've had. We enjoyed our experience so much that we specifically requested him when we came back for a second visit.
The atmosphere is great! The tables are large and you have more elbow room compared to other hot pot places. The menu is huge!
