The server tonight was not very attentive. We were celebrating my grandson's birthday, and my daughter went to the car to get his present and told the server she would be right back for the birthday cake. However, he brought it and started the singing and flowers with the sparklers before she returned. He also didn't clear the dishes, so my grandson opened his gifts at the bar. The bill was over $300, but I had to hunt for a pen to sign the credit card slip.

At first glance I was a little skeptical because I really like Japanese steakhouses. The staff were very attentive, the food was excellent, and the birthday celebration for one of our table mates was absolutely incredible.

The service was terrible by our waitress Bella. We came with a group of 6, it was like the moment she knew she had a guaranteed gratuity that service went out the window. Brought it up the the manage who proceeded to laugh it off.

This location is huge! I feel like the food used to be more flavorful. Very heavy oil flavor now. Was nice enough. Staff was nice and funny.

We had some nice people that sat with us, but the workers had no customer service at all they were very disrespectful and were yelling at us for some things. We were there at closing time so they were closing and we were the last people there and they were all staring at us. To be honest I wouldn't go there if I was you.

Firstly $9 for a shot of jameson. More importantly, giant eagle has better sushi for cheaper and they don't overcook their sushi rice.

I brought my 2 kids here for dinner. I paid full price for their dinner meal but they received the food as a kids not adult at the hibachi table. As you see steak on my kid plate is less than steak on the table. I am here on the table and the cook still treats my kids like I am not here. If I am actually not here I guess will be less food for my kids. Not fair. Not happy

i’m so weird i just left like 5 mins ago, but i just wanted to say the to go girls are always super nice, imagine having a bad day and then calling for some food, and the person who answers is in a great mood and isn’t rushing you at all! it genuinely changed my entire mood and they’re so smiley and cute when you walk in LOLLL just wanted to give the girls at the front some love because i don’t ever see too many reviews about them!
