I came on Sunday April 14 at 11am fr brunch and boy we and many other customers received horrible service from one specific waiter (Tall and African American). Don't worry, we complained to the manager and she apologized. But still, it was horrible service. After we got seated, the waiter didn't show up until 15 mins later to take our order. Our milkshake came 30 mins later and it was warm and liquidy, pretty bad. The food came 40 mins later and it was another waiter that came with the food. Food was all cold. Nobody gave us water or utensils! I had to go find someone to get them so we could eat. A couple was sitting across from us and the waiter never attended them, so they were just sitting there for 30 mins with no service! The manager came with free food to apologize but they chose to walk out. I went over to vouch for them and said we had the same waiter and he's horrible. We all walked out into the parking lot and another group said they too walked out because that same waiter was rude to them at check-in counter and told them to leave because the wait is going to be long. Needless to say, I'm not going back to IHOP. Denny's offers 10 times better food and service anyways.

Other reviewers are spot-on about the wait. One person in our party had to wait 45 minutes after the rest of us for their order to come. We checked in multiple times and kept being told that it was almost ready. When it came out, it had clearly just been thrown together haphazardly (and that it wasn't in progress the whole time as we were told) and even worse, it wasn't even the right order. The order was the burrito bowl and what came out was scrambled eggs and hash browns, no meat/salsa at all. Ultimately we requested that it just be taken back and removed from the bill entirely, which I do appreciate them accommodating, although it took another 20 minutes to get the bill back!

Horrible service. Took forever for someone to come out and see what I needed. I was the only customer in the whole store and there was a girl mopping the floors out front but it still took 15-20 mins for someone to come out. Then it was another 10 mins after that. I don’t think they even started making the order until I got there even tho I got a text from DoorDash saying it was ready.
I would give zero stars if I could. Tables were filthy. First, table we sat at still had grease, food, and syrup on it. Second table was excessively sticky. Staff was inattentive. Ordered coffee received coffee, cream and sugar but was given no utensils too over 15 mins for someone to return to our table. Food never came. We walked out without ever being served our food after waiting over half an hour. Eat somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

My husband and I arrived for breakfast this morning. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes (I literally timed it) with no help. No “welcome to ihop” or anyone who would add us to the waitlist. There was one young man behind the counter but he kept his back turned to everyone and didn’t acknowledge any of us. Instead, he was wrapping up the utensils. I guess those are more important than customers with money to spend. After waiting without any type of help or greeting we left. We weren’t the only ones, two other groups left as well due to not being helped. Disappointing…

Ordered the most basic thing ever. A order of chocolate chip pancakes and 4 strips of bacon. How long did it take for that despite the place being virtually empty save for a few tables that had no more than 2 people?Literally just short of an hour. Yes you read that right. For the most basic order of chocolate chip pancakes and 4 strips of bacon, it took just under an hour. Was told several times the food was on it's way out during that time. Bacon was hot but the pancakes were almost cold by the time it got to me.Bathroom was horrific too, I've seen truck stop bathrooms cleaner than this place. Would give -420 stars if it was possible.
