Food was cold and there was no one at the desk to seat people as they came in. We observed one gentleman wait at the desk to be seated for close to 15 minutes before he finally gave up and left. And the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They were dirty and smelly with urine on the floor and toilets full of paper towels. Our server was very nice though, we had no problems with her or her service. The place just seemed to be lacking in active and effective leadership.
