We came there around 8:30 am.Hardly anyone there so lots of tables.I ordered 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast and a pot of coffee.My husband ordered Pancakes, sausage and Eggs, plus a Biscuit.I was utterly disappointed!How can you go wrong with such a simple order?Well, my food was cold... my toast was cold... didn't get butter or jam, had to ask for it.. but why put it on a cold toast :(Eggs , hash browns , bacon all cold!My husbands food was warm...The extra biscuit he paid...read full review

I was at this IHOP about two years ago and the service was horrible. IHOP issued me a coupon after I complained. Today, I took my wife for breakfast and we waited, with 3 other families to be seated. The host never showed, so we left. We could hear laughing and yelling in the back where they cook, but saw no one. This place needs some management. I won't be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We decided to give this ihop another chance because last time the staff was rude and it took awhile but it’s close to where we stay when we are in Pittsburgh. This time was ten times worse. Our cutlery and cups had old food stuck to them. We arrived at 10am and it was 12pm and still no food. They weren’t busy at all! I couldn’t find my waiter to get anything.
