All fresh!! They make the food in small batches, and it isn't sitting in a steam table all day. Great selection of different types of food. The best time to go would be before dinner and not on a weekend. The reason I rated 4 stars is the prices. Yikes!! We went on a Sunday and paid over $80 for 3 people. Just the buffet and 3 drinks.
When we first arrived and started to make our food choices, there was little hot food available and it was not hot. Afterward there was more hot food available. The server was excellent, friendlyanda conversationalist. The group loved her! The atmosphere was pleasant!Vegetarian options: I only eat seafood, no meat, i.e. chicken, beef, etc. There were several selections nicely seasoned.Parking: Plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: Kids seemed to enjoy themselves.

Vegetarian options: You can order the hibachi and only load up your plates w veggies (broccoli, bean sprouts, peppers.) It’s all cooked on the same grill though as all the other meats.
