Deitra S was our server and was so genuinely nice and welcoming. Honestly we had had a rough day and we're just looking to just sit and relax for about a half hour and munch on something and she was just so comforting. She's an excellent waitress but she's aneven better person. I hope she receives the kudos she deserves. She will definitely be the main reason I recommend IHOP for a nice relaxing meal. We came here around 5 pm on a Friday and there was no one in here. Our server was great and our food came out quickly. The pancakes were a bit raw on the inside, but everything else tasted great. There's plenty of parking and seating inside. The bathrooms need a lot of attention, but if you're looking for breakfast food, this is a good option while you're on this side of town.

Always enjoy IHOP. We got 2 omelets-- spinach and mushroom and the steak. Both were tasty. Mine was not prepared properly.
Did not see waitress after she put down food until we got the bill and water refills after we finished eating. Hostess stand/ seating was a mess despite only a few of us in the restaurant. Completely amateur and way too long with absolutely no one there.
