The value and quality here was great until recently. Chicken tenders went from $11 to $13 but now you only get 2 tenders if you want 3 it's $18. The burger was $9 and is now $13 and the burger is smaller now too. French fries seemed to have been double fried as I had a few that were hard and hollow inside. This place was a great deal but sadly no longer is.

the employees have no idea what they’re doing. there’s no ticket system so they don’t know who ordered what. was asked over 5 times what we ordered while watching other people get the exact same thing we ordered while Bri kept telling us they had a wait on it even though we were there for a long time. the only reason we got our food (after a good 30 minutes at least) was because someone that came after us offered their order because we had been waiting. one side of the restaurant was out of ketchup, watched a male employee try to get ketchup and then watched him walk out of the building without changing it or mentioning it to any of the other employees. the food is fine but not worth the wait.

Food is overpriced for what you get, drinks even more so, there is no reason a bottle of water should be six dollars. Paid for the order for me and my girlfriend and the staff were giving out food to people who ordered well after us, at least fifteen minutes past us having ordered our food. After that, they finally had our food ready and tried to hand it out to anyone else that might have matched our order. Poorly managed and small portions aren't a great business model

I would avoid this place, It seems like everyone here hates themselves, No one has a work ethic besides the manager. All the tables are dirty, Food everywhere on the ground, Seats are laughably uncomfortable, Food is severely overpriced. 5.49 for a bottle of water? Are you kidding me?

The food is good but overpriced. The girls at the counter should receive customer service training. The cashier barely took her eyes off her phone and got annoyed when I asked for sugar for my $4.74 dollars small cup of black coffee. Try to eat somewhere else.
I got to Jambo Grill at 2:45 PM and checked it out, a little nervous for yet another crummy zoo meal. However, I was pleasantly surprised. At the Jambo Grill, a bunch of standard meals were pre-made, meaning that I asked for a cheeseburger and fries, and was immediately handed some. I also asked for a fountain drink and got one, deciding on iced tea. There were no straws or lids, either because they were out of them or didn't think they were environmentally friendly, but that suited me because I actually got exactly enough drink so I wasn't either left thirsty or needed to feel guilty about wasting some of it. As for the food, it was good. The cheeseburger wasn't perfect, but was tasty and cooked well, not burnt or under-cooked. The French fries were not piping hot, but they were warm and had the right amount of salt. There were paper cups for condiments, and I got two ketchup, one honey mustard, and a barbecue sauce, and used all three types for a variety in my fries.This was inside a building, and the atmosphere was prefect. Service was perfect too, and I got what I wanted instantly. Only real downsides are that since this is zoo food the price was quite expensive ($18.16), and since it was pre-made it wasn't fresh and piping hot, but that's the trade off for getting food fast. All told, I was pleasantly surprised and had a nice meal.

don't mobile order, the line may be long to just order but it's quicker. ordered food and it took an hour for mobile and by the time we were through the line we got our food and ate it before the mobile was even done. the food is pretty good tho.
