I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!
Sooo…I’m always on the hunt for the perfect chocolate ice cream…and this evening, as I visited Nan’s in Stow MA to grab some dinner, I discovered a cooler full of your ice cream, and thought I’d give “Darkest Chocolate” a try… I’m instantly hooked. Intense cocoa flavor, incredibly smooth and creamy, just an excellent chocolate ice cream that doesn’t “over-try”, but achieves a simple yet elegant ice cream experience. The only store bought ice cream that gives this brand some competition is the Zanzibar flavor of Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin…and so as a New Englander, Jeni’s has easily become my top choice. I’m so glad I discovered you!
I have celiacs and told the employee, she immediately offered to do an allergy scoop for me with a new tub from the back AND gave me samples of the ice cream from the new tub. She was so kind and nonchalant about the extra effort this required - it was such a great experience getting to go to an ice cream shop and know I was dining safely! Thank you so much <3

Employees are rude. Like offensively so. No customer service skills. Zero. And the ice cream is super over priced.

Just wanted a milkshake which they didn't have. They have prices based upon the number of scoops which aren't cheap ($7+ for three scoops) and if you want it in a cone that's extra ($1) but if not then their small containers. So left for a milkshake... found a photo of their container..didn't try their ice cream so this is not a review for that.

This was some of the best ice cream I've had. The flavors were so cool and so different. It was an exciting experience learning about the wide variety of flavors. The staff was so friendly and helpful with deciding which flavor to get. I went here with some friends and it was a great time. Would absolutely go back in a heartbeat. ?

What a fun little place! The staff was very helpful in helping me decide on flavors(it was hard because they all tasted so good!) my favorite was chocolate Texas sheet cake. The manager, Alexis, is a such a treat-to see her so involved in all the flavors and options, I would go back to this location!

Came here after smelling the sweet smell of waffle cones outside the store. The staff was very friendly and even recommended the popularly chosen ice creams. They offer free samples of the ice cream. I enjoyed the gooey buttercake ice cream in a waffle cone. The vanilla cake bits were delicious
Vegetarian options: Vegan dairy free options exist here which are not just sorbets, but cocunut milk based ice creams

Cute exterior space in Southside. The waffle cones smelled wonderful and tasted amazing as well! Their ice cream was delicious. It seems as though they rotate different flavors. I was surprised that there was no cookie dough or cookies n cream available. We enjoyed our sweet treat
Parking: There is street parking available (paid until certain times depending on the day) and two paid parking garage options.

Just tried the High Five candy bar and was very disappointed in the ratio of ice cream to toppings. The 16 oz. pint contained maybe about 4 oz. of ice cream and 12 oz. of mostly peanuts and pretzels. Which is just filler so that you can give people LESS ice cream.
cringe ads posted on here, 10 out of 10 don't recommend
Smallest scoops of ice cream I've ever received... wasn't all that great. Just open late

My God today…. I am from the south and I make my own from scratch when I am home. This is THE BEST ice cream I have experienced in such a long.
