Jimmy John's in Pittsburgh

“Food is always good, I just wish they'd fix their menu so it would allow me to order fountain drinks on the app. Also, seems like the AC hasn't worked in months, or maybe it's just on the weekends when I always go. Last 3 or 4 times there has been no air and it was so warm I was dripping sweat the whole time I was in there (was in the 90s outside that day). Today it was so warm my cookie was floppy.“

“Half dozen people behind the counter and had to wait awhile to order and that process wasn't good either. Food was pretty good but they left off the sauce then tore my wrap apart to try and add it. Ended up with it on my hands instead. Expensive too at over $16 for a wrap, chips, and a fountain drink. I'll still come back though, cautiously.“

“Overall the staff we're not very inviting to speak with. Did not have to wait long and I bought my food. Everything tasted great The only exception is all my meat was right in the middle and over 50% of my sandwich was bread and toppings.“

“This Jimmy John's in Bakery Square serves sandwiches, wraps, sides, desserts, and drinks. For lunch I ordered a small Turkey Tom submarine sandwich and a bottled water, and the employees gave them to me in a reasonable amount of time. The dining area had some tables and chairs. I really liked the freshness and flavors of my Turkey Tom.“
