“I come to this location MULTIPLE times a week. Sometimes it is my only escape from the stress of the day and it is the HIGHLIGHT
of my day. This team is always HUSTLING. Sometimes the universe isn’t working in their favor (A/C issues, RUDE customers, etc.) Despite these challenges, the staff is always friendly, personable and working hard. In a college town where the shop is always busy, you don’t always get that. People are LUCKY this shop is the way it is and should be less rude (hint: being kind costs $0 and no one appreciates you acting entitled customers) More businesses need to not sweat the small stuff and keep vibing along running business as usual. HIGHLY recommend this location if you wanna see friendly people working hard!“

“I came here for Anthrocon on the 4th of July weekend.. Usually, Jimmy John's is just the usual sandwich. But this specific one blows away all other stores. They're all fast.. but this one is faster. The food quality is just fantastic. They didn't buckle under the pressure of a constant store either. Kept it really clean during the weekend also. The staff.. extremely nice! It was so good I went a second time the very next day, and got the same thing! Thank you!“

“Half dozen people behind the counter and had to wait awhile to order and that process wasn't good either. Food was pretty good but they left off the sauce then tore my wrap apart to try and add it. Ended up with it on my hands instead. Expensive too at over $16 for a wrap, chips, and a fountain drink. I'll still come back though, cautiously.“

“Overall the staff we're not very inviting to speak with. Did not have to wait long and I bought my food. Everything tasted great The only exception is all my meat was right in the middle and over 50% of my sandwich was bread and toppings.“

“This place is very busy during the day. The people who work here are the friendliest staff around. Honestly, i had to wait, like 2 minutes, if that for my sandwich and the team member apologized to me, which was not necessary. Note to all the customers, they have a top jar at the cash register, put some money in it! Where else can you go and get kind service like this?“

“6/9/25 I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker to be delivered. I called back because they forgot my drink and the guy who answered was Sooo rude and Ignorant telling me to come get the drink and when I asked to speak with someone else he had to tell me that they are going to say the same but they didn’t. Whoever that guy is DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was Rude and Disappointing.“
