“I was feeling kinda hungry, was in Oakland and stopped by Wednesday 12/04/24. The Manager Amanda was training two young guys . Everyone was very polite and nice. The Store was clean (not easy to do in such a busy place). This was probably the best Jimmy John's I have been to. Was impressed that two people who were being Trained knew as much as they did and worked well.“
“Would be the best tuna i ever had if I wasnt forced to have onions in it. Even with onions which are already in the tuna salad it was 2nd best tuna anywhere. Blimpies was no.1Service and atmosphere were top notch. First time here. Had to come back before 9pm because hours were slightly different than posted. But it was great. Just will have onion breath.“
“This place is very busy during the day. The people who work here are the friendliest staff around. Honestly, i had to wait, like 2 minutes, if that for my sandwich and the team member apologized to me, which was not necessary. Note to all the customers, they have a top jar at the cash register, put some money in it! Where else can you go and get kind service like this?“
“Update. ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. They had to close due to issues with their machines and issued a refund. I updated my Star rating to reflect the usual times I've been there.Original review: Do not order. I ordered pickup online but when I came, it was closed. The location should have been open. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund.“
“I work downtown and come in often. Toni is there a lot and she is always amazing and brightens my day. I don't usually ever get anything different and it's great that she already knows my order before I can pause my headphones. Love coming here! And will continue to stop in!!!“
