I usually love this place and never have an issue, staff is normally very kind I come here probably about 2 or 3 times a week and they know me, The man with the dreads is one of the nastiest employees i’ve ever come across. After yelling a random number, i asked if it was the spicy east coast italian and he replied with “that’s what i said” and then turned to his coworker and says im already irritated. I really enjoy Jimmy John’s especially the one in Oakland up until I came in contact with the General Manager Steve he is very rude and inconsiderate of staff and customer’s in the store.
I have been trying to call the store for days, when it stops ringing dead air. This is Amanda. I need my W2 emailed to me so I may file my taxes. I contacted the Moon store and left my email and phone number. Would you please send me my W2. Thank you
