Atarashi Reviews
5 star sushi and some very creative options to choose from. My 5 year old and I are the only ones in my house that like sushi so I took her on a mommy and me date here. She loved it and so did I. If you're a fan of Crab Rangoon you will not be disappointed by the Crab Rangoon roll 😋
Worst sushi ever!!! Quality is really poor!
Tuna sushi had a strange color and a terrible smell, had to put all my order in the garbage!
Don’t waste your money

Atarashi is a pretty OK sushi spot where customers can build their own bowls or order classic sushi rolls. The poke is delicious and the sushi is great, but portions are often disappointing—many note that there is a lot of rice with only a few small pieces of protein, like tempura shrimp or Ahi Tuna. The yum yum sauce is quite good, creamy and sweet, though vegetables can taste a little unfresh, with corn likely being canned. The menu said there was nigiri, but there was no option for it, so one guest got sashimi instead, finding the slices significantly smaller compared to other similar priced places. Prices are high, and service can be slow, with wait times of 10-15 minutes. Ordering is done on a screen with limited customization, and the packaging changed from small cardboard containers to large plastic ones, which feels wasteful. One guest who mobile ordered at 9:05pm was sent away despite the restaurant being open till 10pm. There are better places in the area, but Atarashi is not bad for a quick bite. Vegetarian options include building vegetarian bowls and some vegetarian rolls.
