Half dozen people behind the counter and had to wait awhile to order and that process wasn't good either. Food was pretty good but they left off the sauce then tore my wrap apart to try and add it. Ended up with it on my hands instead. Expensive too at over $16 for a wrap, chips, and a fountain drink. I'll still come back though, cautiously.

The young people that work there is rude and there attitude when waiting on you and when I told them I didn't want the food they kept my money off my card ? and I'm going back there to let them know I want a refund or put the money back on my card who ever is the owner needs to get new workers that's going to treat people with

Honestly beyond tired of this location. Threatened by one employee, other employees donât know how to take an order properly, apparently âJimmy it upâ to them is a foreign phrase and means to add pickle and cucumber??? If you ask for sauce they use wayyyyy tooooo muuuuuuuuch! 5 zags at most! As a JJs veteran this place makes me cringe. Ghetto, unprofessional, unprepared! Letâs not kid, this is the worst JJs Iâve ever been to.

Went in ordered two #16 club lulu,cut in half..,,,Left store had to come back.wasn't cut..They refused to cut my tow sandwitches in half, then throw the tow sandwitches at me after a few min of back and forth about it...Ask for manager got my money back..will never eat there again...BAD service all around...I was really upset..$21.52 cents worth of BS...
