This is by far the WORST Jimmy John's. My mother bought my husband a gift card from this Jimmy John's location for $20 and they never loaded the gift card with the amount and kept the $20 so when my husband tried to use the gift card, it said there was a $0 balance. My husband contacted corporate JJ's who told us that we we would have to work with the owner of this particular franchise so my husband did and the owner told my husband he would send a replacement gift card plus $10 for the inconvenience and he NEVER did. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered a #4. As always it was an excellent tasting sandwich. Added in chips and a drink. The sweet tea is a great drink
1/2 tuna sub ordered. Cold bland Tuna scooped out of a bucket of sort served on room temp sub bun.
I never visited here and I would never support this company in any way.
