flavorless and overpriced
General Tso wings were not breaded and just tossed in pan. Enjoyed the Orange Filet Mignon. It was very tender and the veggies were delicious.

My friend and I had a very unpleasant experience due to both poor service and unprofessional behavior. Upon arrival, the bartender did not greet us and instead placed menus and water down without acknowledgment. When checking IDs, she abruptly snatched them from our hands, which felt disrespectful.
Despite the bar not being busy, it took approximately 15–20 minutes for her to take our order. When my friend expressed that she did not like her drink, the bartender responded dismissively and did not offer any alternatives or assistance. I later shared that I did not enjoy my drink either, as it had an overly syrupy taste, but was told it could not be removed from the bill because I mentioned it “too late,” even though I had not finished it.
I asked to speak with a manager, but the situation escalated further. The manager initially defended the bartender rather than addressing the concern, then discussed my complaint with her in a way that led to the bartender confronting me directly. Instead of resolving the issue, the bartender argued with me and made an inappropriate assumption that I was accusing her of racism, which I never stated. The comment, “I’m not racist, that’s the card you want to play,” was particularly unprofessional and inappropriate.
While the drink was eventually removed from my bill, the overall experience reflected a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate conflict resolution from both the bartender and management.

Wonderful place for a quiet dinner with family or friends. I had the Mongolian beef dinner and it was excellent. The beef was very tender and the sauce and veggies were wonderful. Our wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend this place for an upscale Asian experience!

Made an order online and called to ask them to put the sauce on the side and the woman who answered said they probably already started and repeated and explained it to me a couple of times and then I said while you're saying all this you could have been in the kitchen and told them. She got angry and hung up on me, very rude. But because I love the food here I will continue to order but for as much money as I spend here, I don't like how I was treated over the phone.

We always love the food and they have top notch customer service. We just ordered take out and they mistakenly forgot to give us one of the bags of food. They immediately realized, called us, and without asking the employee offered and ended up personally driving the missing food to our house.

Great atmosphere, delicious food.
Just an awesome gem of a restaurant! Food was fresh with vibrant flavors and a ton of variety. Cocktails were very well made - had a green tea martini, their featured sake and one of their Asian lagers. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the crowd made this a spot I can’t wait to return to.

Jimmy Wan has a superb oriental menu with plenty to choose from. The staff are all friendly; making sure to please all their guest easily. A great place to dine in as the dining room atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Kudos to Jimmy Wan Restaurant.

Decor was old and bland. Food was flavorful but meat chewy and rice was undercooked. Staff friendly but didnt seem to care much.
