I don't mind waiting 30 minutes for food during a busy convention weekend, but I do mind being lied to by the staff.
I ordered an Italian calzone but received an entirely different calzone. When I pointed out the error, the staff tried to gaslight me into believing it was an Italian calzone. I was 100% certain it wasn't because two of my friends sitting with me had ordered the Italian calzone, and mine looked nothing like theirs.
Rather than apologizing and remaking the food, they tried to convince me to just swap with one of my friends—why would I take my friend's meal? When I said no, they offered me a free drink to just keep the wrong food. When I refused that, they suddenly claimed it was actually a steak calzone. My third friend had the steak calzone, so I knew that was a lie, too.
I finally had to give them an ultimatum: either give me the food I paid for or give me a refund. I understand being stressed during a convention rush, but the way they handled a simple mix-up was completely ridiculous.

The food was edible but unimpressive, ordered pizza and baked ziti. The primary concern is the unmitigated infestation of flies near the drink machine, it is terrible.

Waited almost my entire lunch break for a Chicken gyro that was $13.90 after tax- no fries or sides just the gyro! Total rip off and the staff seem to only care about eating and socializing between themselves. Never eating there again.

Instead of ice, it dispenses bugs, the whole restaurant has the cleanliness of a public gas station bathroom from 20 years ago that hasn't been cleaned in that time, homeless people wander in and harass you, and my order was wrong. :(

I ordered a single slice pepperoni, a fries side, and a drink. I went to get a drink and the soda fountain was swarmed by fruit flies. The floor was sticky and dirty. The fries came out 25 minutes later. The slice of pepperoni never came out after 45 minutes total. When I complained to the cashier she went in the back and started screaming at the people in the kitchen. I just walked out. She also tried to claim the lunch special I ordered wasn't be offered despite it being on the kiosk I ordered from and on the signboard outside.
The fries were covered in small bits of black char from an obviously never cleaned fryer.

Absolutely delicious shorpa! The meat was incredibly tender and the broth was rich and full of flavor — perfect after a long drive. The traditional bread was beautiful, and the flaky samsa was amazing too. Great job 👏🏼

Customer service was terrible. It was around 3 AM and my friend stepped outside just to take a phone call, and they refused to let him back in after we already ordered. Extremely disrespectful behavior and a horrible experience overall. Definitely not coming back

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.
When I first arrived, I asked what food was available. The staff recommended Mastoba (Uzbek food) and said it was good, even though it was already late (around 8:50 PM). Based on their recommendation, we placed the order.
However, after about 20 minutes, the staff came back and said the Mastoba was not fresh and suggested that we order pizza instead. This was confusing, because they initially recommended it as a good option.
Then they told us they would bring a “special Uzbek pizza,” but after waiting around 40 minutes, they brought a regular chicken ranch pizza instead. The food was not tasty, and it was not what we were promised.
Overall, this was very unprofessional. We wasted a lot of time, received the wrong food, and paid for something we did not want. I would not recommend this place due to poor service and lack of responsibility.
