If I’m getting sushi, it’s going to be right here. Been excellent everytime and I’ve had probably 30+ bowls to date. Never once a bad piece of fish. Great music in house and and fine assortment of local beverages inside. I’m celiac and this joint is completely GF friendly so have no concerns. A+ staff to boot

So glad I found this place! The food is sooo good, and the portion sizes are really generous. Everything tastes super fresh, they use never-frozen fish and make a bunch of their own pickles and veggie goodies to go in the bowls. I just had a fantastic lunch, the leftovers from which will feed me again tomorrow, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back!

What a great addition to East Liberty.
Went with the Umami Gold bowl and the Crunchy Crab Burrito and they were both outstanding. The burrito was loaded with real crab salad and had a nice textural crunch from the Spicy Doritos, definitely will get that again. But the bowl, oh, that bowl...a total explosion of flavor with a perfectly done Jidori egg, fresh yellowtail, and a great balance between the oshinko and inamona. Honestly surprised to find something that delicious and interesting at a poke place in Pittsburgh.
