Visiting Pittsburgh and this was the best coffee I had all week, by far. Pastries are delicious, and had a friendly conversation with the owner. Love it!

Truly excellent coffee and breakfast sandwich in the historic neighborhood of Polish Hill. Friendly people as well! Get the sumac onions on your sandwich! Excellent vegan options and homemade oat milk for your coffee :)

Went here while my sisters were visiting, one of them is vegan. Regular breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and my sister said her vegan one was the best she’s ever had. Vegan doughnuts were so good as well. Such a pleasant experience.

Just visited for the first time specifically for the vegan donuts. Left overwhelmed by the positive experience. The vibe, the cappuccino, the owner, and most of all the donuts were INCREDIBLE. Dare I say the donuts were better than regular? My partner had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and said it was the best breakfast sandwich he’s ever eaten. The almond milk in my cap was house made and incredible. We will be returning again and again.

Was harrassed by one of the workers even though I didn't say or do anything wrong? Had to tell my friends to meet me at a different place, we used to love this cafe.

Food:For the breakfast sandwich, the vegan seaweed bacon is by far my favorite interpretation of "bacon". This is also the only place I can think of that currently has a good consistent tofu scramble. The donuts are also amazing. The flavors change every day, which makes it a joy coming every weekend. My favorite so far is probably blueberry matcha ❤️.Service:This is a small neighborhood coffee shop. The people who work at Kaibur know me by name and I know them (mostly) by name as well. Super friendly, cool people.Atmosphere:If you like Modest mouse, punk, and cool grungy art you'll probably be happy in this coffee shop. Definitely my kind of place ?.

Beware if you’re vegan: cross contamination! I have a dairy allergy and was excited to get my hands on some vegan donuts. I took a few bites of one and instantly got itchy eyes and throat.

The best vegan donuts I’ve had in so long, they rival Dottie’s Donuts in Philly on price and size. Hit them up if you love donuts!

Had a quick bite to eat (egg sandwich) with a friend here. Chill surroundings, friendly, talkative staff and the sandwich was yummy.
