Visited this incredible Uzbek restaurant a couple of days ago and I'm still in awe! From scratch-made dishes that transported me to merry days, to an abundant selection of salads, pilaf, and savory baked goods, every bite was a celebration. Celebrated a special occasion here (they're perfect for anything from birthdays to anniversaries), and the two women owners couldn't have been more accommodating. We enjoyed four delicious dishes from Kavsar on September 5. The flavors, ingredients and presentation were wonderful! We tried the Boat with beef, very flavorful and great crust. The Manti with beef was tender and yummy. The Lagman with chicken was out of this world - very tasty noodles and tender chicken.
