Basically just a bunch of drunk old men who feel like they own the block and can do whatever they want. Constantly blocking traffic, hurling insults and acting superior to everyone else. It’s just a public nuisance masquerading as a bar.

Barbara is by far one of the best bartenders in the Pittsburgh area that i’ve ever had! she is the only reason that i come here, and i think she totally deserves the world. She remembers everything and everyone, and she’s a local favorite! she makes Kelly’s an absolute legendary place to have a drink or quick bite to eat! Barbara is the GOAT!
