Horrible, if you have a car, go somewhere else! I say in the drive through for more than a half hour only to be told "I'm helping my friend pack orders, come in if you want". No getting at all before that, this is poor management, and poor customer service, poor time and organizational management. Don't waste time or money.

Go there the signs on the doors say they open at 10:30 AM… You go there at 10:35 AM and the guy on the inside shakes his head. No, they’re not open yet?! It’s a shame that its hard supporting businesses in urban areas!! It’s always something with this KFC on Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg!!

Ordered online for pickup at 9, arrived at 9:10, waited in line behind 1 very large order for 10 minutes, then was told to pull forward because my food was being made. When I asked why I was waiting because it sent me a notification saying it was ready I was responded to with hostility and anger saying I didn't understand they were short staffed

Typical of Wilkinsburg, fast food restaurants this place is still prepared, understaffed, and the people who work there are absolute morons. If it takes you less than 20 minutes to get your food, count yourself lucky avoid it all cost is my suggestion and FYI, the McDonald’s is even worse…

This location won’t do orders through the app and just cancels them when you arrive to the store. Don’t turn on online ordering if you are just going to cancel it . Very unacceptable and unprofessional. Last time I was there 9 out of 10 workers were filming a Tiktok. I suppose can’t do online orders if you are making Tiktok content. Won’t ever order from here again.

Bought the $5 2-piece deal at the drive thru. It's supposed to be a drum and a thigh, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. I requested spicy.
I received what's pictured - two drums (not spicy), mashed potatoes, and no biscuit. Not sure how or why they messed up so badly. This wasn't worth $5.

Went thru drive thru order 2 5$meal deals food was nasty ? chicken looked and tasted old slimy soft skin nthn was good biscuit under cooked only the fries were okay would’ve took it back but didn’t have time in this rain disgusting ? it tasted like fish too

I walked in ordered. The counter girl just sat there and stared at me while sitting down. She just continued to sit there not putting my order in. So I walked out as she shouted a rude comment. I wasted my time and the owner of this place lost business permanently. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this joke of a place.
