I stopped here at 230 on a Thursday. One other car in the drive thru. Not busy.The man taking my order wasn’t rude per se but he wasn’t friendly either.I ordered the 8pc bucket with the sides. I wanted different sides than mashed potatoes and coleslaw but wasn’t given the opportunity to say that.When I pulled up to the window the girl was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look at me. I said thank you twice and she never even acknowledged my existence. I always try to be super nice bc you never know what someone is going through. But dang! I don’t even think she looked in my direction once. She told me the total and that was it.As for the food, it wasn’t good. And I know kfc is fast food but this just wasn’t good at all. The chicken was super salty. The potatoes were gross. Just very disappointing. The whole ordeal.

The WORST service I have seen in years! The person at the window took eleven minutes to clear the car ahead, before waiting another three minutes to even take our order! The girl then LEFT the window in the MIDDLE of taking our order for six minutes! Eventually had to drive off. There is clearly something wrong with the management at night, as well as the work ethic of the employees.Aside from that, Brother Rob is an excellent fellow. I hope he has moved up to a better position.

Some folks (like Brother Rob) are terrific: quick, kind, accurate. Others are almost comically inept. Today I waited 7 full minutes for the car in front of me to get an order taken; we had both pulled into a completely empty lot. After that, I waited 3 and a half minutes to have someone start to take my order. They stopped taking it to check on an item's availability. After waiting another six and a half minutes - a full 10 minutes after pulling up to the speaker - we gave up and left. The space cadet at the window seemed perplexed and had forgotten she was taking an order. Sadly, not the first time this has happened. Some times it's terrific: fast and accurate But other times it is the impossibly inept.

Service was terrible, I asked for the mighty wings and small mac and cheese, drive thru cashier barley listened as I placed my order ended up with a thigh and drum,went back told the supervisor the issue got home and realized he still messed up my order!!
The Customer service here is Wonderful. The staff is Polite and eager to serve you. The And the food is served hot and Delicious!Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant.
