Absolutely the worse! Do not go here at night. The food has sat all day. Nothing is made fresh at this these hours. These places do not want to make fresh food this time of the evening. They are just trying to sell off what they have sitting in their case. I wish there were some way to get management to change their ways about how to serve great food during these late night hours. The KFC in Harmarville fails horribly! Do yourself a favor and ride by!

We placed an order for a 16 pcs bucket with no wings to go; replace wings with drumstick or thighs: we would even pay an up charge for this service.We get home and the wings were in the the bucket. Also, the chicken must have been two days old and really bad tasting; we could not tell this had a 11 herbs and spices. We will never buy KFC chicken here or any other KFC locations from this point moving forward.from here on. It’s Popeyes Chicken for us. I can see why KFC is going down the drain; there is no customer service and the chicken is awful!!!!

We stopped on our way home for a little meal after a wedding. The crew was great, making sure we had fresh fries for our meals even though it was close to closing time. My family and I appreciated the extra effort they put forth for us.

Went to the city today to watch the Steelers game with family, stopped ordered a family bucket original 16 piece, got 12 pieces of extra crispy as well as half full family size sides of Mac and cheese. To boot they haven't answered the phone for the last hour that I've been calling.
We had a great time there . Employees were very friendly. Food was hot and fresh. And the manager came out to the dining room to see if everything was okay. It’s very rare that you get great service and food anymore. But everything was great here. I would recommend going there .
