I do not like to complain but I was displeased with the service at the harmarville location. They had the front doors locked but the door on the other side was open so we walked in and the manager wasn't too friendly to us inquiring about the situation they are dealing with. There wasn't anyone in drive thru. I thought they were actually closed from the look of it on the outside. I ordered food from here twice. The first time the food was cold and the fries were hard, like old hard not crispy. The 2nd time I ordered tenders and they were completely soggy and not crispy at all and they didn't have fries at all I was told. Do not recommend.

We stopped on our way home for a little meal after a wedding. The crew was great, making sure we had fresh fries for our meals even though it was close to closing time. My family and I appreciated the extra effort they put forth for us.
