My first time here! We tried an array of dishes and everything was delicious, but some standouts were the pumpkin, goji berry, and beechwood congee and the cha siu roasted pork — that ginger honey glaze was *heart eyes.* Lots of vegetarian options, and great cocktail and mocktail selection. Our server Cece was very funny and knowledgeable especially after only having worked at the Parlor for a month! Thanks Cece 😽🫶🏻

This was my first dim sum experience and I loved it. It all tasted very good and the servers were very friendly and smiley.

The experience was confusing for our group. We went for a Saturday lunch and were told we were ordering from the brunch menu. When the staff asked about dietary restrictions we were given a separate menu that had a few vegetarian options, all of which seemed to be on the menu we already had. The dim sum process was not explained well, other than the fact that it existed. Being new to the experience, we were confused about what to do. The food was mediocre. I ordered the shrimp which was....just shrimp. It was very dry and quite frankly not possible to eat. Our server first disappeared and then ignored us when we wanted to pay.. I opted to take my shrimp home to make it part of an edible meal later at home, and it was difficult to get a to go container. It felt like they were holding the container hostage until they secured payment. Weird vibes. I see no need to go back.

Not my fav place so far, I’m from NYC,and craving dimsum, and I found this place just nearly our hotel, but for me just so so. The Porridge lil bit salty, bit bland and too much soy sauce for the egg noodles. But the Service was amazing, they’re all kind and smile

I came here expecting really delicious food - and don’t get me wrong, it was good, but not mind blowing. Because we came on Sunday we had the cart service for dim sum, which was a cool experience that proved disappointing.
The Dragon’s Kiss cocktail was tasty but
quite small for the price.
The options were fine, but all 3 dim sum we ordered were lukewarm/cold. In addition, it’s a bit disconcerting that they charge for dipping sauces for said dim sum.
For entrees, my partner got the Singapore Style Noodles and I got the Ma Po Tofu. The tofu was very tasty and the portion was good, and I’m pleased it was served with rice. My partner said their noodles were good, but not spectacular by any means.
Overall I’d say the food is decent, but nothing to lose your mind over, and for the price it’s not worth it to me. You can get better dim sum for much less at other places.

Such a fantastic place. Always craving their cucumber salad and soup dumplings. Want to bring people in from out of town but you ALWAYSSSS need a reservation.

I’ve been to The Parlor Dim Sum a few times now, and it just keeps getting better. The food is amazing — every dish is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The quality is consistently outstanding, and for the amount of food you get, the prices are more than fair.
The drinks are creative, balanced, and fun, and the service is always friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The space itself is gorgeous — stylish but still comfortable, with a great atmosphere whether you’re there for dinner or drinks.
Highly recommend trying the duck fried rice — it’s a standout dish and one of my absolute favorites. This place has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Pittsburgh.

Called for a reservation & they were able to get a party of 6 in. The booth was very comfortable and the atmosphere was very cool. The bathrooms were down a few stairs so wheelchair accessibly may be limited. The food was delicious and the cocktail was very well made. Dumplings came in orders of 3.

Delicious dim sum (I got the lemongrass soup dumplings). The staff were helpful, responsive, and when they didn’t put one of our items in they rushed it very quickly. The egg tarts I got for dessert were flaky and rich. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Pittsburgh.

Perfect size and decor for Lawrenceville's bustling environment. Menu items are house created, all with different taste a textures. Our server, Robbie did a great job explaining the specials and offering suggestions on items we may not have tried otherwise. All the staff is great.

First time here. Ordered off the dim sum cart. Fun to choose! Order sauces, crunchy chili 🌶️ oil and ginger and scallion. Delectable. Mango Yuzu mimosa make it great.

We tried many new foods that aren't available in pgh. Many delicious dishes within reasonable pricing. The cocktails were very good. We ordered off the specials menu for both appetizer and main, both were extraordinary. I will be returning to try more menu items in the future.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available but slim. It is a dumpling house, so to be expected. The rice dishes are very good but inquire about preparation, my server was very knowledgeable.
Wheelchair accessibility: They got them stairs.
