Kiku Japanese Restaurant Reviews
I recently ate at Kiku and the sushi was the best I have ever eaten. The sushi was fresh and delicious, as it has been every time I have eaten there. It is definitely the best sushi in the area. You can taste the true flavor of the fish without sauces or spices. At Kiku you will enjoy an authentic sushi experience that won't disappoint.
Our first experience at KIKU was highly memorable and a truly delightful evening! 5/5 stars all around! ⭐️ We made a reservation for 8 people which they easily accommodated, and the pacing of the many courses and dishes we all sampled was timely and thoughtful. We also requested a staff member who spoke Japanese because we are in a beginner’s language club trying to improve our Japanese and conversation skills. Yasuko B. was absolutely wonderful!! So patient, kind, and helpful...read full review

Kiku Japanese Restaurant offers a phenomenal dining experience, especially for sushi lovers. The rooftop vibes and sushi are amazing, making it a perfect spot for both newcomers and regulars. The botan ebi and otoro sashimis are highly recommended, with generous portions and mind-blowing desserts made with love and passion. The staff is kind and helpful, providing excellent service and making menu suggestions. Recently, customers enjoyed the sushi omakase and highlighted the delicious toro, which can be savored in different ways. The Uni was so very authentic and delicious. The miso soup was very good with a nice mixture of complementary ingredients. Servers are always very informed as to when fish arrived and what is fresh. The age dashi tofu was so good. The broth is so good. Vegetarian options are available, including miso soup. Parking can be tough downtown, but there is a garage right across the street that offers discounts. The restaurant is also kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and railings for easy entry. Overall, Kiku is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition for its amazing food, service, and inviting atmosphere.
